1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website syntix.xyz operated by Syntix OÜ ("Syntix", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Syntix provides search engine optimization (SEO) services including but not limited to:

  • Technical SEO audits and optimization
  • AI-powered content optimization
  • Link building
  • Content strategy and creation
  • Programmatic SEO
  • Conversion rate optimization

Specific service details, deliverables, and timelines are defined in individual service agreements between Syntix and the client.

3. No Guaranteed Results

SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and website technical limitations. While we employ proven strategies and best practices, we cannot and do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue outcomes.

4. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide timely access to your website, analytics, and other necessary tools
  • Provide accurate and complete information about your business
  • Review and approve strategies and content in a timely manner
  • Not engage in practices that violate search engine guidelines

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in individual service agreements. Generally:

  • Invoices are issued monthly in advance
  • Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date
  • All prices are in EUR and exclude VAT where applicable
  • Late payments may incur interest at the rate permitted by Estonian law

6. Cancellation

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:

  • Fees for the current billing period are non-refundable
  • We will provide a final report of work completed
  • Access to any Syntix-created dashboards or tools will be revoked
  • All client-owned content and data will be returned upon request

7. Intellectual Property

Content created by Syntix specifically for a client becomes the client's property upon full payment. Syntix retains ownership of its proprietary tools, processes, templates, and methodologies.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, analytics data, client lists, and technical processes.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syntix's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Website Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Transmit malware or harmful code
  • Scrape or collect data without permission

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
